I just placed an order but would like to add something to it. Is that possible?

Off course! Just send us an e-mail with your order number and the item(s) you would like to add.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order; but make sure you do this within 24 hours. To cancel your order, please send an e-mail to: mail@belhamelkids.com. Don’t forget to mention your order number.

Can I order for someone else?

Sure, no problem! When you place your order, you can also provide a second name and delivery address.

I have placed an order, but the payment failed. What to do?

If you have an account, your order will be saved automatically for one hour. You can simply login and try to pay again (using the same or different payment method). If you don’t have an account, then it’s possible that you’ll have to place a new order if the items have disappeared from your shopping basket.

Please note: We only process paid orders, so if an order has been placed twice by mistake, only the paid version will be shipped.

I did not receive a confirmation email. Help!

If you didn’t receive a confirmation within one hour of placing an order, then it may be that it’s hidden in your spam mailbox. It’s possible that your provider sees our e-mail as spam. If you haven’t receive a confirmation at all, then please contact us: mail@belhamelkids.com.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are packed and shipped within 3 to 5 days, unless other delivery times are mentioned at the product page. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail.

The product is not what I expected. Can I return it?

Yes, you can! If you’re not happy with the product you received, you can always return it. When returning an order, please always mail to mail@belhamelkids.com. We will send you a Return Form and instructions for returning your order.

Please note: Postage costs for these returns are not covered by BELHAMEL. Returns must take place within 14 days and articles for return must be in their original state. When we have received the returning(s), your order payment will be refunded within 2 to 3 days.

I have a complaint about a BELHAMEL. What to do?

If you’re not satisfied with one of our products, your order, or our service then please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. We are always open for feedback and to discuss any problems or complaints. We will do our best to find an acceptable solution for any situation.
